About Meg Storms

Meg Storms is the Brains and Beauty of the Jason Gregor Show, just don’t tell Jason! She feels right at home on the TEAM as she grew up with her brothers’ hand me downs and she kicked some serious butt playing sports on all boys teams. She can definitely hold her own, even on the golf course. She bests the pants off these guys, literally.

Meg grew up in Stony Plain and has lived in the Edmonton area her whole life. When she was 6 she wanted to do everything her big brother did, so she asked her Dad if she could play hockey. He quickly agreed so Meg has been lacing ’em up ever since.

She has also played golf since she was 4, trying every other sport in the process. Soccer proved to be too much running, so instead she picked dandelions for her Mom. Baseball was fun, especially since there were boys around. Competitive Swimming was a success for 13 years. Synchronized Swimming & Highland Dancing – not so much.

Meg Graduated with honours from the Radio & Television Arts Program at NAIT in 2004 where she won two sports broadcasting-related scholarships. She played on the NAIT Ooks hockey team for a brief stint, until she realized she would rather be in the broadcasting booth.

Meg loves being involved in the sports world and can’t believe she gets paid to talk sports everyday! Meg was married in March of 2010.
